This is an attendance certificate for those who have attended an Emergency First Aid at Work course but have been unable to participate in the practical elements.

• Discuss what to do in an emergency
• List the minimum contents of a workplace first aid kit
• Describe the term Primary Survey
• Differentiate between Unresponsive and Responsive casualty
• Discuss Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Recovery Position (no practical)
• Discuss the Chain of Survival
• Discuss the cause, recognition, and treatment of Minor injuries (cuts & grazes, splinters and minor burns), Seizure, Choking, Life threatening bleeding, Shock, Heart Attack and Stroke
